Let's change the way the world works.** **Primary Responsibilities**: - ** Manage the calendars and schedules of multiple legal executives, optimizing their use of time and prioritizing their commitments. Use judgment to maximize executives' use of time; anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts; keep executives on track with various commitments, while finding a bit of time for fun in the executives' schedules.** - **Play a lead role in the organization and execution of all meetings and events for the company's Board of Directors and its committees, while proactively managing all schedules 6-12+ months in advance.** - **Manage all travel and logistics for Board and committee members when meeting face-to-face. We typically gather twice a year in person (Spring/Fall).** - **Plan and oversee all logístical arrangements for board and board committee meetings, including space and facility needs, meals and refreshments, supplies, and technology (meetings are held quarterly, either remotely or in locations around the globe).** - **Establish excellent working relationships with the Board Chairman and Members of the Board, as well as their individual executive assistants or other staff members in verbal, written, and electronic correspondence.** - **Maintain rosters for our Board and Committee members.** - **Provide executive administrative support to VP-level members of the company's legal department, including coordinating travel logistics, managing expense reporting, managing calendars and meeting scheduling, and assisting with other day-to-day tasks as needed. **Qualifications and Requirements**: - **Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management** - **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** - **Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects** - **Global mindset: global awareness/sensitivity to timezones; culture; understanding different cultural norms and expectations; act as a global "ambassador" for the Legal Office.** - **Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment** - **Proficient in managing the diverse personalities and energy levels of board members from around the world.** - **Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems** - **Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges** - **Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees** - **Must have attention to detail and good analytical skills** - **Promote and support an inclusive #PeopleFirst work environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are championed every day as part of the TaskUs culture. **About you: - **No challenge is too small; you are curious and creative and will always find ways to get it done; you are a self-starter and scrappiness is your forte.** - **You understand and are efficient in your use of technology to achieve outcomes.** - **You have excellent time management skills and are able to maintain composure and focus in the face of deadlines.** - **Confident working with employees at all levels of the organization.** - **A trusted partner who exhibits strong professional discretion; one who can own up to mistakes and has no fear of speaking up, asking questions to better support the executive and his/her organization.** - **Organized taskmaster; one who can pair the more mindless activities tog
