Job Description Collections Team Lead Americas will be responsible for managing and guiding the Americas Collections Operations team. Daily operations, team performance monitoring, coaching, training, and ensuring compliance requirements are met will be overseen. This position requires strong collections knowledge and experience, systems understanding, and excellent communication skills for managing the team and relevant stakeholders. About the Role - Manage daily operations of the Receivable/Collections Team, oversee weekly portfolio reviews, act as escalation point for team issues, lead calls with Sales Teams, Process Owners & QA. - Ensure timeliness of cash collections by working with Accounts Receivable Collectors on their portfolios, provide direction to meet KPI and SLA targets, respond promptly to emails/cases/messages, and guide resolution of issues/incidents. - Serve as first point of escalation for Accounts Receivable Collectors, provide training and feedback to address knowledge or development gaps. - Provide backup support for fellow Team Leads and Team Manager, assist with writing/approving team processes/policies, and ensure adherence to processes/policies by the team. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance related background preferred) or relevant work experience. - Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable/Collections Team Lead experience in a fast-paced international or service center environment; hospitality industry experience is a plus. - Proven experience as a Team Leader who can successfully manage and provide direction to a team. - Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word; SAP 4Hana, Zuora Billing, and Salesforce. - Fluency in English (C2 level) is required. - Organized with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical with attention to detail.
