Mid-level Professional **A Snapshot of Your Day** To perform complex and technically demanding work on-site in a specialized area of Field Service for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines or Generators, as required for the different service customer contracts. The key responsibilities are to ensure that the contract and associated works are professionally administered on a day-to-day basis. The role will require you to work such reasonable hours that the job may from time-to-time demand and will include out of hours standby / call out services. You can be located preferable in Bogotá, Colombia. **How You’ll Make an Impact** - Direct and coordinate teams of field service engineers, technicians and craft labor personnel in the installation, repair maintenance, and troubleshooting of combustion turbines, steam turbines and generators at various customer sites. - Coordinate and manage staffing of project team at customer sites. - Provide combustion turbine knowledge and expertise to division management, customer management, product line management and suppliers. - Review and execute customer contract requirements. - Prepare and forward accurate reports concerning the condition and repairs and recommendations for customer equipment. - Prepare detailed technical reports and complete check sheets. - Compile Technical and Safety Documentation for planned and un-planned maintenance. - Responsible to comply and/or enforce the protocols, policies guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality). - Identify sales opportunities to increase company revenue. **What You Bring** - University Degree in Mechanical Engineer or similar (Bachelor’s degree). Electrical, Chemical, Civil - Professional experience (4+ years) as mechanical field service engineer. - Technical knowledge on combustion turbines, steam turbines, electrical generators and associated auxiliary systems. - Competences: Good verbal communication skills with the ability, work under pressure, high customer orientation and solution orientation. - English at bilingual level - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of time (sometimes at little or short notice) **About the Team **Who is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
