Job Overview The role of Financial Planning and Analysis Leader entails overseeing the financial planning and analysis function to support business growth initiatives. This position acts as a strategic partner, providing financial insights that drive decision-making and support operational and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders to develop business strategy, identify opportunities, and prioritize investments and resources for profitable growth. - Work closely with the Managing Director and Leadership Team on short- and long-term direction by providing decision support and participating in daily management. - Lead a high-performing Finance Planning and Analysis team that provides business and financial support to our Human Health business. - Drive alignment across functions and divisions. - Manage and coordinate market planning and reporting activities, cooperating with the regional team as needed. - Submit quarterly forecasts and associated documents, ensuring guidance and timelines are followed. - Present financial updates to local and regional leadership. - Execute against financial targets and communicate necessary corrective actions. - Conduct financial evaluations of business cases and ad-hoc analyses based on business needs. - Develop a culture emphasizing diversity, inclusion, collaboration, personal accountability, and continuous improvement. - Support Career Team Development by attracting, guiding, and building existing talent. Requirements and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance; MBA is desirable. - 6-7+ years of experience in Finance Planning and Analysis, people management, P&L;, and budget management. - Advanced Excel/PowerPoint, SAP, and PowerBI knowledge. - Fluency in both Spanish and English (Advanced Level).
