Join a fast-growing, profitable DTC e-commerce company in the pet space as a Senior Brand Manager to lead the evolution of their multi-brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Own brand positioning, visual identity, and voice across multiple DTC pet brands - Lead creative execution across packaging, digital ads, emails, landing pages, and print assets - Collaborate with internal teams to align brand work with performance goals - Manage and mentor graphic designers and freelancers, providing strong creative direction - Partner with developers and UX teams to guide visual design on new landing pages and site builds - Support tone-of-voice and copy development across channels - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency at scale The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in brand management or creative strategy, with 2+ years in a leadership role. They should also have a strong design sensibility and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
