Supporting a U.S.-based Real Estate Investment Campaign (CHB Campaign) We?re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) cold caller to join our real estate outreach team. If you enjoy connecting with people, know how to handle outbound calls, and are consistent in follow-up, this role could be a great fit. What You?ll Do: ? Call property owners and engage them in real estate conversations ? Qualify interest and gather relevant details ? Set appointments for our acquisitions team ? Work part-time during U.S. business hours with a flexible schedule You?re a Good Fit If You: ? Speak fluent English and Spanish ? Have strong communication and listening skills ? Are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable making outbound calls ? Have prior experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate (preferred) ? Own a working computer, headset, and have stable internet ? Are available to work part-time, Monday through Friday Compensation & Structure: ? $400/month (25 hours per week) ?
