Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow. Track performance and compile KPI reports. Highlight deviations for corrective actions. Ensure data accuracy and relevance. Complete and dispatch reports timely. Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality management. Qualifications: Diploma or higher in any field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferably 2 years of related experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Proficiency with computers and adaptability to new systems. Excellent communication skills in English and the supporting market language.
