Responsibilities You will be working within Huawei LATAM sales (presales) team at each country whom specialized in Mining and Oil&Gas industry, channel team and the solution team specifically. A Vertical Solutions Expert (VSE) is a senior technical salesperson that works with customers, account executives and sales leadership to develop strategies that deliver business outcomes based on a deep understanding of industry customer needs, industry trends, and available offerings. Build relationships to communicate customized Huawei messaging at all levels within the vertical, assist with account team to develop, breakthrough and win key project opportunities in the industry (from 0 to 1), and replicate in other customers within the same industry of the region. Leverage Huawei’s strategic direction to articulate the value at all levels within the vertical industry. Leverage customer strategic direction to influence Huawei product/business units prioritization and direction. Bring the Huawei and customer strategic directions together, including all aspects of solutions. Maintain broad technology breadth and work across product boundaries to build complete solutions, including managing communications and deliverables across all the relevant Huawei product/solution units. Provide consultancy for the industry customers to ensure proper requirements vetting throughout the solution-development life cycle. Conduct research into advanced topics significant to the customer and cultivate relationships with subject matter experts/solution managers inside and outside of Huawei, as required. Assist to build the industry ecosystem, plan and implement key marketing activities in the industry. «First_Name» Requirements: A solution professional with 5+ years of combined Oil & Gas industry experience : Working directly in a company of this industry, or Working with Oil&Gas Costumers. At least 8 years of technical experience in ICT working projects in a technical sales capacity: Working directly in ICT companies with Oil&Gas Costumers or working in an Oil&Gas company with ICT projects. An knowledge and experience of an E2E ICT Solution , mix of different technologies such as: Storage, 4G/5G, Switching, Data Center, Cloud, etc. Such experience includes leading large technical initiatives from the sales (presales) motion through to implementation. The more cross-product/cross-technology experience, the better. Preferably with some form of leadership responsibility (e.g. a Consulting Systems Engineer or equivalent). Leadership in this context means maintaining the key technical relationships for 1 or 2 large customers and/or industry vertical in general. BSc/BA or equivalent. Native Spanish speaker, fluent English is mandatory , Portuguese speaker will be a plus. In-depth knowledge of competitor products, positioning and operations preferred. Must be able to learn quickly and stay current, the ideal candidate's interpersonal, presentation and troubleshooting skills evoke passion and confidence. Huawei product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required. How to apply?
