As a key player in our technology department, you will be responsible for leading development across backend and frontend, with a focus on mobile-first, privacy-focused design. Your primary objectives will include: - Working closely with our PM and UX teams to bring early ideas to life through rapid prototyping and user-centric development. - Designing and implementing robust APIs and architecture that can evolve with the product. - Mentoring junior developers as the team grows, and helping set engineering best practices. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also contribute to projects related to SLM AI& Third-Party AI API's and apply strong algorithmic thinking to solve complex challenges. To succeed in this role, you will need: - Solid architectural thinking and a desire to grow into an Architect role within 18-24 months. - Experience working independently in early-stage environments or small teams. - Comfortable collaborating directly with stakeholders and shaping product requirements.
