Job Description – Talent Sourcer Location: Medellín, Colombia (100% On-site) Type: Full-time, Presencial Experience: 6+ months in sourcing or recruiting support English Level: Intermediate (Essential) About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our team in Medellín. As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential candidates to support our recruitment processes across multiple industries and roles. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update candidate databases and sourcing trackers. - Conduct proactive searches for qualified candidates using various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, etc.). - Draft outreach messages and job advertisements aligned with each search. - Pre-screen candidates based on role requirements and present shortlists to recruiters. - Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand current and upcoming hiring needs. - Support initial stages of candidate engagement and scheduling when required. Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience in a talent sourcing or recruiting support role. - Intermediate English level (written and verbal communication). - Strong research and online sourcing skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
