Operational Excellence Specialist Job Summary "> We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. This critical role will involve working closely with global clients to analyze, monitor, and improve operational processes, driving data-informed decisions and efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders, including Workforce Management, Service Operations, and Customer Service teams, to support the development of strategic initiatives that drive process improvement. - Analyze service center operations and workforce performance in real-time, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations to optimize performance. - Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, providing insights that inform business decisions. - Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), recommending improvements to enhance process efficiency. - Identify potential operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to mitigate risks and improve overall performance. - Collaborate with outsourcing partners to ensure seamless operational continuity and alignment with business objectives. - Lead or support projects aimed at optimizing operational processes, driving cultural transformation, and improving organizational effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will require: - A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business processes, or operations. - Proven expertise in using tools such as SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI, with a strong understanding of data visualization and reporting. - Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. - Bilingual proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A solid understanding of Business Process Improvement and Business Analysis principles, with the ability to apply these concepts to drive operational excellence. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. - Experience in Shared Services, Business Transformation, or Workforce Management is highly desirable.
