Job Brief: The role entails integrated marketing lead, responsible for leading and managing the company’s integrated marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities: Generating leads through activities in digital channels such as email marketing, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp. Implement best practices across the digital channels such as segmenting, targeting, frequency and deliverability. Optimize campaigns. Email Campaign Management: Design, edit, test and deploy email campaigns using communication tools. Create and manage multiple templates for email campaigns. Experience with marketing automation platforms and the ability to implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring and personalized customer journeys. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, visuals and calls to action for improved engagement. Digital Media Planning: Deploy continuous lead generation digital campaigns and build customer journey from leads to acquisition. Conceptualize, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and content marketing. Generate and share reports on campaign performance optimizing strategies for enhanced performance. Monitor and manage lead progression through the sales funnel. Coordinate with respective teams to gather audience lists. Use data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify areas of improvement and make data-backed recommendations. Optimize marketing ROI. Marketing Automation: Build and monitor automated campaigns across web and email. Build and test workflows and automation on multiple platforms (Hubspot, Moengage, etc.). Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and troubleshoot in case of any issues. Use CRM and marketing automation tools to segment and target customer groups effectively, ensuring personalized content is delivered to the right audience. Identify new areas of automation, set-up and smooth running. Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Proven experience of 8-12 years in marketing. Proficient in email marketing, campaign management, and lead generation. Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Netcore, Gupshup, etc. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other Office 365 applications. Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making. Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to collaborate with various departments such as sales, product, IT, and customer support to align initiatives and execution. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and achieve marketing goals. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards. Stay abreast of current marketing tools used in marketing.
