Job Description As a Sales Trainer , you will lead engaging training sessions, enhance team capabilities, and drive performance through effective coaching and strategic support. Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar) The Qualifications We Seek 1–5 years of experience as a sales trainer Demonstrated ability to deliver remote training sessions effectively, engaging participants and managing virtual learning environments Outgoing and confident facilitator who can motivate and energize learners, building rapport easily in virtual settings Experience in home security, warranty services, or telecommunication industry is a plus Experience with Canva or MS PowerPoint is a plus Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies Experience in developing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs Proven ability to assess learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Leadership experience or prior experience managing training teams is an asset Your Daily Tasks Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on product knowledge, applications, customer service, processes, and sales skills Conduct training needs assessments using business indicators, performance metrics, and skill gap analyses Collaborate with management to define training requirements and align objectives with business goals Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through observation, feedback, assessments, and performance tracking Evaluate and update training materials and content to maintain accuracy and alignment with client expectations Partner with leadership to develop program management teams and team leads Deliver targeted coaching to support performance improvement initiatives Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions Provide timely reports to management on training outcomes and performance insights Support Quality Assurance processes and collaborate with QA to improve adherence to standards and KPIs Use performance metrics and QA data to assess training needs and measure impact Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure training alignment Use CRM systems, telephony software, and other customer service tools effectively Cultivate an engaging learning environment that encourages employee growth and retention Lead and contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned About the Client Our client, SP Data Digital, is a trailblazer in AI-powered sales and customer experience solutions across North America .
