As a Talent Acquisition Partner at GroupM, you willplay a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retainingtop-tier talent to support our marketing endeavors. You willcollaborate with our HR team and various departments to ensure wehave the right people in the right roles to drive our company'ssuccess. Work remotely! (You must be based in Colombia) DIRECTREPORT: This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Director KEYRESPONSIBILITIES: - Recruit top talent for different teams withinthe offshoring sector, partnering strategically with agencybusiness leaders to serve the US market. - Engage in a dynamicindustry at the forefront of digital, data, analytics, content, andtechnology, fostering innovation and attracting the next generationof talent. - Demonstrate leadership and vision in transforming andinspiring the LATAM talent acquisition team into a strategicpartner for the business. - Research and implement new strategiesand technologies to build relevant talent pipelines, encouragingproactive talent sourcing and market engagement. - Cultivate anopen, nurturing culture with a focus on training and coaching tohelp the team overcome challenges and contribute effectively. -Provide strategic recruitment advice, guidance, and solutions tohiring managers across the group, ensuring compliance withstatutory obligations. ABOUT YOU: 1. Possess a bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. 2. Have 5+ years of experience with a proven track record inhigh-volume recruiting, preferably in media or digital marketing.3. Have English proficiency at B2+ level or above, which ismandatory. 4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, andnavigate ambiguity within a complex matrix organization. 5. Highlysolution-oriented, adaptable, and possess a strong growth mindset.6. Experience managing senior stakeholders effectively. 7. Enjoyworking with speed and accuracy while building collaborativerelationships. 8. Possess strong presentation and negotiationskills. 9.
