Scope : 35-40 hours per week Remote work arrangement Performance bonus of $100 per completed installation Potential for additional $25,000 annual earnings through performance bonuses Managing pipeline of approximately 70 active deals Supporting workflow for approximately 250 annual installations Health insurance benefits included Responsibilities : Manage and track customer pipeline progression for existing solar installation customers Follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements needed for account advancement Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for approximately 70 active deals Coordinate with customers to ensure all necessary information is collected for installation progression Track and process documentation for approximately 250 annual installations Support administrative needs for pipeline management and customer communication Ensure timely progression of customer accounts through the installation process Requirements : Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional demeanor and customer service orientation Ability to work U.S. Central Time zone hours (Chicago-based business) Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_21750_JOB
