As part of a team, you will be working closely with many experienced professionals who will provide you with developmental feedback and growth opportunities. **Main responsibilities**: - Quickly understand a client’s rapidly changing situation to enable innovative solutions/options for distressed businesses and their stakeholders - Company side Restructuring including building 13-week cash flow forecasts - Liquidity management, including understanding the impact of risk, P&L; and asset efficiency (working capital) & performance improvement processes **Qualifications** - 2-4 years in a Financial Advisory role, ideally with a Restructuring background, a combination of experience in corporate finance, restructuring, and business valuation. Consulting experience is desirable. - BA/BS degree and/or MBA/ MS in Business, Finance, or other analytical fields. - Advanced foundation in Excel and PowerPoint. - Expertise and aptitude to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, particularly in constructing integrated financial models, analyzing financial under-performance and related services - Foundational understanding of Corporate Finance, Business Valuation, operational and financial restructuring, debtor and creditor preferred. - Strong grasp of how to analyze financial statements with ability to design, build and use financial models. - Ability to work well against deadlines and stay on task while supporting multiple work streams. - Able to function well under pressure and work independently while understanding when to ask for guidance. - Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think through alternative solutions. - Strong communication and business writing skills. - Fluent business level English and Spanish are essential - Availability to Travel - Commitment to living A&M;’s cultural values: integrity, leadership, objectivity, inclusive diversity, and fun.
