Job Title Customer Project Manager Job Description Customer Project Manager – Colombia Job Based: Bogotá. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the efficient implementation of complex imaging teams and solutions, overseeing technical, clinical, and administrative teams. Participate actively from pre-sales, confirming feasibility and implementation requirements at client sites. Follow process guidelines for project initiation, planning, monitoring, control, and closure using Philips tools; ensure compliance with local regulations and Philips standards (Quality & Regulatory / Health & Safety) applied to third parties and partners. Define project risks and scope or objective changes, and develop response scenarios. Coordinate the implementation of solutions, systems, or equipment, leading execution processes, pre-installations, installations, and clinical training. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Technical Service, Logistics, and Clinical Applications departments, understanding sales cycle processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing satisfaction surveys. Responsible for meeting project management KPIs related to the aforementioned processes. Availability for site visits and travel approximately 75% of the time, with projects across the country. The ideal candidate meets the following: Proven experience of over 3 years in project management and implementation of hospital works, medical imaging equipment projects, or project administration in public or private medical centers. Good communicator, able to detect and convey common objectives and key points with providers and clients, and lead multidisciplinary technical teams, fostering teamwork and joint problem-solving. Skilled in time management, cost monitoring, risk management, and scheduling, with flexibility to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and client needs. Education in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent professional experience. Basic knowledge of hospital installation technical standards and experience with public and/or private tenders. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced level). Preferably PMP certification from PMI. Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken). Full-time onsite roles require full-time presence at the company's facilities. Field roles are more effective outside the company's facilities, typically at client or supplier sites.
