The Marketing Specialist** **will located in Bogotá and will work closely with all the NetSuite Marketing team in LatinAmerica, helping to drive the campaign designed for regional and local demand generation, identifying targets, value propositions and, use cases to drive transformational growth for the LOB. The Marketing Specialist will help in the planning process, support and execute activities working closely with marketing peers, such as Events, Advertising, Digital Demand Generation events, Content Creation, Internal Communications and Customer Care Activities. The specialist must be aligned with Marketing Operations, Business development consultants and Sales Team, to ensure the best execution of the strategy. The role will be reporting to the Events & PR NetSuite Marketing Manager **Key Responsibilities** - Be focused in the Marketing metrics - Develop communications to promote NetSuite platform - Integrate and execute digital and presential campaigns to drive NetSuite strategy - Support activities for all Latin America - Identify industry or organizations alliances, defining and execute the strategy with it - Work closely with the global teams to be aligned with the global NetSuite Marketing - Campaign Planning connecting all pieces in collaboration with Regional Marketing, - Support Purchase orders, compliance approvals, and different process required to execute each one campaign **Preferred Qualifications** - At least 3 years in Software/Technology marketing or marketing B2B ; - Experience in events and integrated marketing campaigns - Must have solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning of modern marketing activities, execution experience of digital campaigns; - Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is essential. - High English required and Portuguese it´s a value - Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive, creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results oriented - Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and process changes - A keen attention to detail is highly preferred - Strong organizational, project management and communication skills are required - Ability to work on a cross regional team and with remote management **Detailed Description and Job Requirements** As a member of the global Channel Marketing organization, establish joint marketing plans with partners and identify effective distribution channels to promote Oracle's products, services, and business programs in support of Corporate objectives. Drive delivery of the Oracle message and monitor business results of e-marketing by acting as an integration point for all marketing initiatives within your product or geography. Manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by senior Marketing management. Assist subordinates to meet business targets and best practice solutions. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Working alongside more senior staff and management provide budget input for channel marketing projects and activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Use professional concepts, company policies/procedures and creativity on Oracle / Partner assigned initiatives. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. Software business management experience.
