The incumbent must have expertise in digital workplace, network technology, service management, hybrid cloud, public cloud, and traditional data center.They are responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into functional requirements. The Analyst, Productivity Solutions works closely with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the product meets user needs and achieves business objectives.
