We promote a creative environment where all ideas are welcome, leaders are eager to help you grow and co-workers will support you every step of the way. **Position Overview**: **Responsibilities**: - Architect and develop front-end components and user interfaces using Next.js and React, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers. - Implement back-end services and APIs using Python and Flask, incorporating best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. - Design, develop, and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance. - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance our technology stack. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects involving Next.js, React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL. - Proven experience (5+ years) working in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), with a strong background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP. - Proficiency in modern front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6, and responsive design principles. - Extensive experience building dynamic and interactive user interfaces using React, along with a deep understanding of state management, component life cycles, and UI/UX best practices. - Strong back-end development skills using Python and Flask, including API design, routing, authentication, and database integration. - Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with PostgreSQL, ORM, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration. - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug, optimize, and refactor code. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and work within a team.
