1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Role Mision The main goal of this role is Generate qualified commercial opportunities through the qualification, triage, and nurturing of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The SDR is responsible for converting MQLs into SQLs with high conversion potential, ensuring volume, speed, and quality at the top of the commercial funnel. And, the SDR is also responsible for directly closing low-value tickets Key Responsibilities - Qualify inbound leads (MQLs) based on criteria defined by Marketing and Revenue teams, evaluating fit, purchase intent, and urgency - Convert MQLs into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) through structured calls, emails, and follow-ups - Perform effective hand-offs to the BDM team, ensuring full transfer of relevant lead information (context, needs, and history) - Use CRM and automation tools to log sales activity, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure lead traceability - Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, identify patterns, and optimize campaign performance Manage the closing of low-value tickets (Monitor and report on KPIs including conversion rate, response time, and volume of opportunities generated weekly - Continuously update outreach scripts and sales playbooks based on market evolution, common objections, and industry segmentation - Actively participate in commercial team ceremonies (dailies, retrospectives, training sessions) and contribute to team learning - Stay up to date on EFY's products, industry trends, and competitors to deliver a strong, consultative sales approach in every interaction Technical Requirements And Experience - Education: Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related. A formal degree is not mandatory - Work Experience: Not required.
