If you're based near Tenerife, we encourage a hybrid setup to enjoy the best of both worlds Key Responsibilities: - Commercial responsibilities: Achieve targets, oversee client budgets, and support business development. - Managerial responsibilities: Manage a team member, oversee resources, projects, and team development. - Research design & proposal development: Develop proposals, prepare project specs, and design research approaches. - Project execution: Manage multiple projects, design questionnaires, oversee data collection, and lead data analysis and reporting. - Analysis & reporting: Lead data analysis, produce impactful reports with insights and recommendations, and present findings to clients. - Client management: Interact with clients, support cross-selling, and ensure client expectations are met. Requirements: - 5+ years in Customer Insights or Market Research - Experience with multiple Market Research agencies preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree relevant to the field - Expert project management skills - Fluency in English (verbal and written)
