Collaborates with other Information Management experts and peers to support functional leaders through project completion and organizational improved capability to expected maturity. Key Responsibilities: Facilitates data, compliance, and environment governance processes for the assigned domain. Facilitates an intake process for assigned domain to reduce rework and promote reuse of analytics solutions. Leads analytics projects to produce insights for the business to improve decision making, and delivers results using reports, business intelligence technology or other appropriate mechanisms. Collaborates to integrate data analysis findings into governance solutions. Leads project work to ingest key data for assigned domain into the data lake, ensuring creation and maintenance of relevant metadata and data profiles. Coaches team members, business teams and stakeholders to find necessary and relevant data when it is needed. Contributes to any relevant communities of practice promoting the responsible use of analytics. Develops the capability of peers and team members to operate within Analytics Ecosystem. Coaches, mentors and reviews work of less experienced peers and team members and provides guidance on problem resolution. Integrates data from warehouse, data lake and other source systems to build models for use by the business. Cleanse data to ensure accuracy and reduce redundancy. Leads preparation of communications to leaders and stakeholders. Qualifications: Core Responsibilities: Lead analytics projects to generate strategic insights and support business decision-making. Develop and integrate data models from various sources (data warehouse, data lake, etc.) to create effective analytics solutions. Ensure data governance, maintaining data quality, compliance, and consistency. Optimize data analysis and visualization, ensuring clear and impactful reporting for leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business needs. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years in data analysis, modeling, and visualization in business environments. Technical Skills: Expertise in Power BI (including advanced DAX calculations), Power Apps, and Power Automate for reporting and process automation. SQL proficiency for database querying and management. Database creation and management using SharePoint and Power Apps. Data governance and ETL methodologies to ensure data integrity and compliance. Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership in agile environments. Languages: English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) – Required. Portuguese: Basic/Intermediate (A2-B1) – Preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Management. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management. Note: This position is Hybrid, requires at least 40% on-site presence, and does NOT offer relocation assistance. Data Communication and Visualization - Constructs a tale of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through illustrating data visually, including reports and dashboards. Data Literacy - Expresses data in context, including data sources and constructs, analytical methods and applied techniques; describes the use-case application and resulting value. Data Profiling - Assesses data issues and cleansing requirements to perform data extraction, mapping, collection, and testing; establishes good, quality data. Data Quality - Identifies, understands and corrects flaws in data that supports effective information governance across operational business processes and decision making.
