Key Responsibilities: - Project Delivery: Play a key role in end-to-end project delivery, working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions. - Business Development: Contribute to business origination, including pitches and presentations, and attend meetings with clients to help sell work. - Content & Practice Development: Contribute to content and practice development in the team, including marketing materials and sector expertise initiatives. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations. - A track record of successful project delivery and experience managing project team members and vendors. - Professional services / consulting / research experience (transactions experience highly valued). - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link analysis to financial impact and understand the implications of findings to client strategy. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas. - Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business and practice development.
