As we continue our ambition to grow we are currently seeking to fill in the position of: **DESCRIPTION**: **Commercial Specialist** provides commercial expertise and ensure that commercial risks are evaluated and taken into account when providing commercial information to customers. **REQUIREMENTS**: **Main responsibilities**: **Included but not limited to** - Executing the role "Commercial Lead' within assigned project - Providing and controlling all essential financial / commercial information considering (bid-, contract-, project - and company-) requirements & rules, commercial risk assessment, project budget and cash-flow projection - Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks - Supervising financial target(s) by monitoring costs and revenue based on budget and cash-flow projection - Identifying, analyzing and assessing commercial risks of projects in line with company rules, customer expectations and sales strategy - Creating/estimating (draft) project budget and cash-flow - Providing (alternative) commercial solution(s) - Tracking / determining / updating financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts - Consolidating commercial/financial overview in general and detail - Supporting the Sales / Project / Procurement Manager during financial/commercial negotiations with customer / subcontractor - Driving process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function **Requirements**: - Professional industrial engineering, business administration or related areas. - The professional shall demonstrate 3-5 years minimum, in a (technical) Commercial or Project Administration, preferably with an international scope and in the oil and gas industry. - Experience in private or public bids would be an asset. - Strong commercial, financial and technical knowledge and understanding - Well-developed analytic and communication skills - English level B2 mandatory Certificate CEFR - Leadership & Teamwork skills. - Good understanding of cultural differences - Autonomy, confidence and customer-focused mindset **OUR OFFER**: **We offer**: This is a position who enables you to become part of the ambitious and growing organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
