Responsibilities - Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity - Set up and configure computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals - Install and maintain software applications - Basic knowledge of networking, Identity Access Management (IAM), and google workspace environments - Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system - Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff - Maintain inventory of IT equipment.
