Job summary: The goal of theRenewable Energy Portfolio Manager is to support the development ofsolutions in renewable energy markets around the world and managethe administrative work around the sourcing, offering and salesprocess. You will support colleagues who work on commercialagreements with project developers, retailers, intermediaries andcorporate consumers active in voluntary renewable energy markets. Main tasks & responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the Projects& Markets Team to optimise the delivery of projects. Thisincludes the tracking of data from all registered projects and theassociated steps assuring certificate availability. 2. Implementproject sourcing/origination structure for renewable energyprojects. Procurement of Certificates in LATAM, includingnegotiation of pricing and availability and mapping of trades inthe internal database. 3. Overlook the full administrativemanagement system of Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs). Thisincludes coordinating the purchase contracts, managing incomingdeliveries in coordination with the registries specialist andupdating deliveries in South Pole’s internal system. 4. Support allactivities associated with renewable energy certificate requestsfrom our key account management team (e.g. security of supply,pricing etc). 5. Support Offering lead in coordinating procurementand allocation of all pending and confirmed proposals/orders (e.g.oversee KPI dashboard). 6. Coordinate inventory management in closecollaboration with registry and middle-office functions. 7. Provideinformation about products, projects and processes to clients andstaff to support sales and marketing activities. Requirements:Essential - 1. Experience in Climate Impact and/or Renewable Energymarkets. 2. Ability to conduct research tasks, analyse andsummarise data. 3. Commercial assessment of proposals and salesperformance. 4. Stakeholders management capabilities to coordinatetasks with multiple internal functions. Desirable - 1. Experiencein Renewable Energy Investment. 2. Procurement and Sourcingbackground. 3.
