Responsible for overall production lubes scheduling operations at PUENTE ARANDA TERMINAL PLANT including: planning production base on materials/products requirements, forecast, data reporting for production, Product Costing and Cost Management. Responsible for dealing with internal/external stakeholders and executing production planning. **Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**: - Schedule daily production runs according to production plan. - Issue production orders. - Execution of the raw material supply plan and coordinates with Blend and Filling Supervisor to ensure the requirements of the production plan. - Prepare reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required; plant Capacity Utilization, old & slow inventory, monitor all aspects of operating costs in his area. - Analyze imported finished goods requirements and notify to affected areas any product restrictions or allocations. - Give information related to production time and production work center to stakeholders. - Monitor all aspects of operating costs. - Key communications with main row materials suppliers. - Support implementation of projects for new products, formulation and image changes. **Required Qualifications**: - Professional in Industrial Engineering ( or similar), Administration or related careers - Minimum 4 years in planning operational process in lubes production. - Proven experience and good digital tools skills; SAP, Excel, PBI reports. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Demonstrate leadership to establish alignment and motivation in the operations team, seeking an effective contribution in meeting the objectives of the lubes plant. - Competent to support and focus the work, as ONE TEAM, encouraging a culture of recognition that encourages proper integration and internal collaboration between team members. - Desirable + 3 years of experience and knowledge in specific handling of planning lubes productions process and lubes row materials, finished product, additives, Bases, packaging supplies and products quality assurance. - Basic Communicational English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) **Relocation Options**: Relocation will not be considered. **International Considerations**: Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
