The Release Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing software development processes across development, test, and prod environments. The role ensures that all product enhancements are achieved as anticipated by stakeholder and business interests based on the vendors' capacity available. Work within a collaborative team of Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, CSM, Quality Assurance across the product lifecycle to drive estimation, planning, and execution of product releases of digital solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Developers, QA, CSM, Architects, etc.) to define, plan, and execute product deliveries. Establish and manage the release cadence and monitor progress across all workstreams. Integrate development plans and estimations from vendors, clients, and internal teams to maintain a unified delivery plan. Identify and manage risks related to scope, schedule, and quality. Lead Go-Live activities, deployment execution, and release readiness/business go/no-go reviews. Maintain release documentation, procedures, performance metrics, and key stakeholder communications. Coordinate software deployments across all environments, including mobile (iOS & Android). Identify and implement automation opportunities within the release processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and user needs to continuously improve product delivery. Minimum Requirements 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in release, program, or product lifecycle management. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps environments, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong consulting mindset and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Experience with Lean Product Management and User-Centered Design methodologies.
