Cloud Infrastructure Technical Specialist This role is responsible for leading the management and support of cloud services, including AWS, in both on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation, as well as automation tools like Ansible and AWS Lambda. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and harden cloud configurations to ensure security and compliance - Implement IaC best practices using Terraform and CloudFormation - Automate processes and tasks using Ansible and AWS Lambda - Diagnose and troubleshoot complex systems, networks, and application problems - Support containerized applications in Kubernetes and AWS ECS - Experience managing AWS cloud services such as VPC, networks, security, S3, EC2, KMS, EKS, ECS Anywhere, RDS, DataSync, ELK, etc. - Maintain environment across development, staging, and production - Document various processes involving the Infrastructure team Qualifications: - At least 3 years of certifiable experience in cloud services administration - Certifiable experience in AWS and Terraform - Experience working with agile methodologies - Ability to define and document operational and technical procedures - Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS (architecture, security, cost management) About Us We are a global data and technology company that powers opportunities for people and businesses worldwide.
