Purpose: Develop, plan, and execute the strategic and tactical brand plan within the therapeutic area in Colombia, Perú and Ecuador. Must understand the dynamics of the healthcare market and the needs of different stakeholders, enabling the identification of opportunities for demand generation. Analytical skills, strategic thinking, teamwork, and relationship-building are essential to achieving and exceeding sales objectives, ensuring brand growth. You will be responsible for: • Defining the strategic and tactical plan for the brand in collaboration with other members of the Core Value Team (CVT), aligning efforts according to the Company's sales objectives and the brand life cycle. • Executing, monitoring, and verifying the implementation of the brand plan tactics, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the allocated budget. • Developing a sales forecast aligned with market demand variables. • Efficiently managing the brand budget. • Executing relationship marketing activities with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop long-term relationships and understand market dynamics. • Incorporating digital strategies into brand plans to strengthen various contact and relationship channels with different external and internal stakeholders. Experience in developing marketing plans, launching new products, analyzing market and financial data, managing sales and expense budgets, and working with the commercial area and healthcare professionals.
