**Job description** Fidelity Transport & Logistics is a freight broker specializing in self-propelled goods (vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery). We are a leader in transportation between USA and Canada. From coordinating routes to managing shipping documentation for customs filings Fidelity has become a major player and expert in this niche market. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and self-motivated. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the best service experience possible before and after completing their requests. Customer service is very important to us here. Fidelity is a 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) company working in tandem with our clients to coordinate their shipments from beginning to end while making the process simple. Our Sales Associates can expect to receive leads on a daily basis. This is _**not **_a cold-calling position. The leads provided are interested parties who are actively researching and budgeting for the service by either calling our office or submitting their information to one of our several websites. Fidelity has been around since 2010 and since then has been actively engaged in targeting different demographics we find to be the highest converting market. What you should know about "**The Role"** - Provide excellent customer service at all times - Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and third parties to meet customer requirements - Shipment/order management (import/export and domestic) - Obtain service quotations and optimize costs - Timely and accurate bookings and follow-up with cross-border, ocean, and domestic shipments - Organize, prepare, and assemble documents containing data from several sources - Process billing and submit invoices to the client to take payments online, or over the phone - Monitor and control services - Identify other transactions and tasks that may be required to meet the needs of the customer The "**Skills" **we are looking for - 1 - 2 years of work experience in the logistics field is preferred but we will train the right person regardless of knowledge level - Basic accounting knowledge - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Good communication skills (English) - Being able to work both independently and as part of a team - Able to cope under pressure and meet deadlines - Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset - Ability to navigate and work efficiently using online software The **"Compensation" **we offer for this position is a base salary plus commission and bonus. - This is Base $3,000,000 COP plus commission per booked job. The salary is also affected by the individual's drive to achieve. Our compensation is uncapped and earning potential is not limited to solely our current advertising and marketing campaigns. What to expect from **"Training"** - 2 - 3 weeks of paid training on state-of-the-art equipment and technology - an additional 2 weeks of shadowing and live guidance with management before moving to the sales floor - guidance and direction at all times if ever needed or required - continued guidance on protocol and procedure throughout Our **"Work Environment"** This is a remote position. Our office setting is fast-paced requiring strong mental agility to juggle different tasks throughout the day. Our hours are 08:30 - 05:30, Monday - Friday.
