The HR Coordinator (Colombia & Perú) is responsible for supporting HR priorities, collaborating with leaders to ensure compliance and high-quality services. They enhance performance management and employee engagement, handle complex cases, and ensure data integrity. Additionally, they implement HR processes and ensure legal compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support and deliver strategic HR priorities for the BU/Function, leveraging global programs and processes to meet local needs and compliance requirements.- Coach leaders and Managers on performance management, employee engagement, and people management. Deliver training interventions as required.- Provide in-country HR support for onboarding activities, including local compliance requirements, conducting specific sessions for new hires, and ensuring accurate employee file management per local regulations.- Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and insights, supporting action plans to improve engagement and inform talent reviews.- Deliver training and development interventions to upskill managers in HR processes and policies, promoting effective people management and fostering a positive employee experience.- - Act as an escalation point for complex HR cases (Tier 2-3), guiding managers on routine employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and involuntary terminations.- Support HRBP in executing change projects, ensuring that people-related processes are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., Reward CoE, People Services) to support operational actions related to compensation, benefits, and the annual reward cycle, while identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.- Delivery of Employee Relations activity, issues / cases (e.g., related to routine employee disciplinary activity, involuntary terminations), providing guidance to line managers around ER issues. Why you?
