**Responsibilities**: You will be primarily responsible for the review and negotiation of procurement contracts across LATAM and North America, ensuring adequate commercial and legal protection is put in place. You will also be responsible for providing support to the local Legal team based in the USA, reviewing short-form agreements, improving and maintaining contract managementand providing support to the Business in managing contractual relationships and legal risk with third parties. You'll be a core member of the international legal team that work collaboratively across the EMEA, APAC and wider international market. Opportunity to grow into the role and get involved in the review and negotiation of more complex client-facing commercial contracts. **Qualifications and Experience**: - Bachelor in Law - Previous experience in a legal adviser role, including dealing with commercial contracts. (At least 4 years) - Fluent in English - Previous experience of CRM tool/contract database - Previous experience working in an international environment. - Ability to assess commercial risks. - Ability to pick things up quickly including a willingness to broaden experience and knowledge. - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as needed - Methodical, thorough and detail-oriented approach to your work. - Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
