Position: Business Acceptance Tester (BAT) – Supply Chain Projects Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid 2–3 days on-site) or Remote (within Colombia) Compensation: USD $16/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Colombia time) with flexibility to support PST. Availability for occasional nights, weekends, and holidays required. Overview We are seeking a Business Acceptance Tester with solid experience in functional, BAT, and UAT testing within supply chain environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing business requirements, creating and executing test scenarios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality system delivery. Experience with Oracle R12 modules and Agile methodologies is essential. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases. - Perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to understand end-to-end business processes. - Execute testing activities for Supply Chain and Service Contract Management systems. - Participate in Scrum ceremonies and project sync-up meetings. - Ensure quality standards in Oracle Order Management, Inventory, SCM, and Finance modules. - Apply Agile principles for efficient project execution. - Support testing activities during flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Required Skills & Experience - Proven hands-on experience in Functional, BAT, and UAT testing. - Experience in Supply Chain or Service Contract Management (SCM). - Strong understanding of Oracle R12 modules (Order Management, Inventory, SCM, Finance). - Basic PL/SQL knowledge. - Experience in Agile methodology and ceremonies. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in dual-shore or multi-vendor team structures. - Cisco Service Supply Chain work experience (nice to have).
