**JOB TITLE**: Corporate Events Specialist **LOCATION**: Hybrid - Medellin **TYPE**: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) **SCHEDULE**: Full-time **TYPE OF CONTRACT**: Permanent **DESCRIPTION**: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Events Specialist to support the marketing department by planning, managing, and executing corporate events such as seminars, visits, and conventions. This role will serve as the main liaison with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality execution and attention to detail across all event-related activities. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for internal and external corporate events, including seminars, meetings, tours, and conventions. - Handle vendor negotiations and procure services such as transportation, lodging, catering, production, promotional materials, entertainment, translation, and more. - Create and update presentations and other marketing materials for both virtual and in-person events. - Design and distribute event invitations and promotional content. - Oversee on-site logistics, including setup, audiovisual equipment, décor, hospitality, and guest services. - Organize flight manifests and accommodation lists when required. - Purchase and manage distribution of promotional materials (POP) for various departments. - Track expenses for each event and maintain detailed budgets. - Manage inventory of POP materials and supplies. - Administer the corporate event inbox and respond to inquiries. - Maintain and update the company’s event calendar at least four months in advance. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, particularly with on-site event coordination. - Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). - Experience with virtual event platforms, especially Zoom. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** At ttg, “We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time,” ttg OPT.
