ROLE PURPOSE As Market DevelopmentDirector, you will drive value creation across markets toaccelerate time to revenue and enable scalable growth within Financial Services, Fintech and Insurance sectors. In closepartnership with Sales, Go-To-Market, Product/Solutions, and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for operationalizing andscaling the Market Development function in Latin America, ensuringeffective execution of Go-To-Market strategies, supporting solutioncommercialization, and activating client-centric insights. You willlead through influence in a matrixed environment, building ahigh-performing team that contributes to commercial success acrossexisting and emerging markets. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Accelerate GTMStrategy Execution - Partner with Sales & Go-To-Market teams todrive growth in existing markets, unlocking opportunities in coreindustries and adjacent spaces - Lead strategy development andinsights delivery for existing clients, embedding key growth levers - Continuously optimize and drive adoption of Thought Leadershipacross regions - Support strategic market-specific initiatives withactionable commercial plans - Collaborate with Strategic Planningto accelerate vertical and market entry strategies - Share industryknowledge across the organization to drive a customer-centricapproach to business strategies and innovation - Establishstructured cadences for sharing market and client insights with Product/Solutions teams - Influence roadmap decisions byintegrating local and client-specific needs - Participate in earlysolution design to ensure commercial and regional relevance - EmbedMarket Development initiatives into end-to-end solution Go-To-Market Drive Client-Centric Insights - Deliver actionablemarket, vertical and client-level insights to Sales team tostrengthen engagement and conversion - Deliver value via localized Thought Leadership and market analysis - Co-lead post-activationexecution of Advisory Boards, Summits, and key industry events -Increase brand visibility by supporting targeted presence inindustry and segment-specific events WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE(requirements) - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics,or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred - Aminimum of 8 years of management / leadership experience inbusiness development, enterprise Go-To-Market frameworks andP&L; ownership roles with an analytical mindset and expertise -Experience in Financial Services and FinTech industry required,with a focus on product portfolio management / leadershipexperience, with SME knowledge in areas such as DataScience/Analytics, credit risk decisioning and processes, productstrategy/design, customer journeys/experience, ormanagement/strategy consulting with an understanding of howdata/insight can inform and add value - Strong analytical andinsight-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to pursueconsultative and compelling client engagements to drive businessgrowth.
