We are seeking professionals with training in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Systems Engineering, or Health Administration, with experience in data analysis and/or data mining, preferably in the healthcare sector. Principal Objective Analyze information from multichannel Petitions, Complaints, and Claims (PQR) to identify structural problems and improvement opportunities in healthcare services using analytical tools and variables such as contracts, network conditions, health determinants, georeferencing of services, and public health indicators. Functions Assess the consistency and quality of information generated in various processes and applications for capturing and managing PQR to ensure objectivity and uniformity in reports. Generate early warnings based on PQR behavior across processes, providers, public health indicators, risk cohorts, and related opportunity indicators to enable short, medium, and long-term actions. Create reports to meet requirements, audits, and reports requested by inspection, surveillance, and control entities, and participate in working groups convened by these entities. Participate in building monitoring indicators, track and control them to support decision-making, and develop action plans. Knowledge in Database management, Office (Advanced Excel), SQL, Stata, Power BI. Tools for generating and analyzing information, with experience in configuring, generating, analyzing, and presenting managerial reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
