The ideal candidate has expertise in communications and organizational change, with a proven ability to navigate complexity and drive stakeholder alignment. Requisitos Key Responsibilities: Advise on communication and change strategies for regional and service line initiatives. Deliver internal communication strategies and content aligned with business objectives. Lead change management efforts for key projects, including adoption and benefit tracking. Foster internal engagement and connection through events, recognition programs, and storytelling. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Provide OCM and communication support for cross-functional projects and track KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years in communications, change management, or similar roles within global organizations. Experience with GBS or shared services environments. Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter). Excellent stakeholder management, cultural awareness, and communication skills. Proficiency in digital platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams).
