Experience in implementing successful support teams focused on delivering the highest level of customer experience is essential.You want to make a difference and join a team that is revolutionizing revenue operations.As a Customer Project / Engagement Manager, you will manage strategic external initiatives that add significant value to customers and help innovate the broader organization. Your responsibilities include implementing new projects and managing customer relationships during these projects.ResponsibilitiesManage cross-functional project teams, senior business executives, and customers to ensure a unique customer experience during projects.Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.Manage each project sprint and phase, navigating internal and external teams.Participate in strategic initiatives influencing project direction.Develop and present value propositions to customers.Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives.Handle internal escalations.Identify gaps between actual and planned outcomes, propose solutions, and drive resolutions.Provide feedback and customer use cases to Product Teams for improvements.Collaborate with Sales to develop Statements of Work (SOW).Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, continuously improving delivery processes.Manage change order processes effectively.Implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate with departments to streamline processes and enhance customer implementation experiences.Ensure smooth intake from Sales and handoff to Customer Success and Support teams.What We’re Looking For:8+ years of experience in Customer Engagement roles.Experience with implementing or supporting Billing, CPQ, or Revenue Recognition with enterprise customers.Deep understanding of APIs and integrations within customer ecosystems.Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting.Experience leading strategic customer projects and programs.Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with a hands-on approach to delivering impactful results.Strategic thinking and thought leadership.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills, capable of managing complex projects independently.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Facilitation skills for meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.Customer-oriented mindset with proactive feedback collection.Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.Understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial systems.Fluent in spoken and written English.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Pre-IPO stock options.Unlimited paid time off.Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life).Opportunity to work within the innovative Silicon Valley tech ecosystem.Chance to contribute to groundbreaking projects shaping the future of finance and payments.Supportive team environment fostering growth and development.DepartmentCustomer SuccessRoleProject / Engagement Manager—ColombiaLocationsColombia-BogotáAbout Nue.io CareersWe believe the best way to accelerate business results is by giving go-to-market teams agility to sell and monetize any revenue model, across all channels, with complete revenue visibility end-to-end.This requires a disruptive product and an innovative team — we're integrating CPQ, Billing, Revenue Lifecycle Management, and Revenue Analytics into one platform to empower teams with pricing, billing agility, and revenue intelligence.Founded in 2019 #J-18808-Ljbffr
