We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Automation Expert to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools to drive business growth. - Manage integrations between HubSpot and other platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MarTech tools to enhance data synchronization. - Troubleshoot system issues, implement updates, and maintain data integrity to ensure seamless operations. - Develop and optimize automated workflows, sequences, and lead nurturing programs to improve conversion rates. - Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent leads and streamline sales processes. - Enhance email marketing campaigns, segment lists, and personalize customer journeys to increase engagement. - Collaborate with sales teams to optimize operations and improve lead handoff processes for accurate reporting. - Train teams on best practices for HubSpot and automation tools to promote knowledge sharing. Campaign Performance & Analytics: - Design and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance metrics. - Analyze campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and revenue impact to inform strategic decisions. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide marketing strategy development. Website & Funnel Optimization: - Work with internal teams to optimize landing pages and improve user experience through data-driven insights. - Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance lead generation and reduce friction. - Assess and improve customer engagement across multiple touchpoints to foster loyalty. - Stay updated on the latest marketing automation trends and best practices to drive innovation. - Recommend and implement new marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub & Sales Hub administration. - Proven track record in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM management. - Experience working with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools. - Strong ability to build automations, workflows, and sequences. - Experience with dashboard creation, reporting, and campaign analysis. - Familiarity with email marketing, segmentation, and A/B testing. - Knowledge of lead scoring and sales pipeline optimization. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
