This role involves creating learning strategies, developing instructional materials, and ensuring training initiatives align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute training programs to upskill employees and foster career growth. Conduct skills gap analysis and performance evaluations to identify learning needs. Implement e-learning solutions and instructor-led training to enhance learning experiences. Collaborate with HR and leadership to align training strategies with company objectives. Measure training effectiveness by analyzing employee performance and feedback. Support the roll-out of company-wide talent practices, including performance management and succession planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience in talent development, training, or a related area. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced or native English proficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
