Operations Manager - Leading House Care Company in Central Texas Operations Manager - Leading House Care Company in Central Texas Job Title: Operations Manager / Bilingual Coordinator – Remote Support Location: Fully Remote (Central Standard Time Zone Overlap) Higher Options is partnering with a large regional home‑services company in Texas to recruit an Operations Manager who will take over critical day‑to‑day coordination duties and then grow into broader operational responsibilities. You’ll serve as the key English‑ and Spanish‑fluent liaison between U.S. customers, overseas CSRs, and on‑the‑ground team leads, ensuring that every home‑cleaning and wash‑and‑fold order runs smoothly. If you’re detail‑oriented, bilingual (English C1 or C2), and excited to step into a role with a clear pathway to full operations management, we’d love to meet you! They need this role filled immediately. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle inbound calls and messages from U.S. clients in English and Spanish. Translate requests into clear instructions for the customer service team and relay feedback back to customers. Receive, document, and investigate client complaints (e.g., broken items, setup errors). Coordinate with QC leads and crews to resolve issues, then follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction. Scheduling & Logistics Coordination Monitor and adjust a visual Gantt‑style scheduling system to reassign cleaning crews and wash‑and‑fold routes. Manage day‑to‑day order flow, shifting resources across clusters of homes as priorities evolve. Operational Tasks Learn and operate the company’s new off‑the‑shelf ops software—handling billing entries, payroll prep, and other routine system tasks. Over time, transition more of the current GM’s administrative workload so they can focus on people management. Drive labor‑efficiency targets by managing crew hours and supply usage. Flag any operational bottlenecks or trends that impact profitability. WHO ARE YOU?
