The Senior Manager, Global Process FP&A; role supports the FP&A; organization by actively identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency and data quality via a continuous focus on process and system performance as well as stakeholder experience. This role will be working closely with the FP&A; Operations teams and a wide range of business partners globally and will drive process and system standardization and simplification initiatives as well as data driven improvements for the FP&A; function. Additional responsibilities include: - Perform strategic steps and execution of the roadmap for the set vision and identified strategic direction of the Senior Director, Global Process Optimization - Ensure compliance of global FP&A; processes, connections to other financial processes, and adherence to process guidelines and timelines - Monitor and review targets and KPIs for process performance and build mechanisms for KPI reporting, exception management, and escalations - Collaborate with process stakeholders and peer process managers to ensure effective and efficient process operations and identification and operationalization of cross‐process synergies - Responsible for performing day-to-day activities within the FP&A; function - Manage the month-end close timetable and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the required activities for the FP&A; function - Monitor and measure the performance of the FP&A; process against specified metrics and review reports and performance against defined KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) - Improve the FP&A; process on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices - Support ad hoc projects as required **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in finance - At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis - In depth knowledge and understanding of financial processes with particular focus on FP&A;, Business Performance Management, Cost Controlling, Decision Support, and P&L; Reporting - Understanding of finance principles including financial controls - Experience with transformational programs or enterprise-wide change initiatives - Knowledge of end-to-end process design, process improvement, systems improvement, and process controls - Excellent communication skills with senior partners - Detailed oriented and structured in the approach to work **Preferred Requirements/Competencies**: - Lean Six Sigma experience/qualification - Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
