Observes and provides support for Customer Service Operations, following established departmental response and problem-solving thresholds, to ensure timely resolutions and successful closure. Works to resolve cross-functional inquiries and concerns related to processes and policies through multiple contact channels. Performs a full range of services and fully documents all cases. Compiles data to share telephonically with field sales staff and establishes partnerships cross-functionally to serve the company’s customers. Assists with needed communications for the company’s warehouse, operations, and inspections teams to investigate customer queries and assists team members with front-line initial solutions or needed escalation expeditiously to management.
