Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Ensure adherence to agile practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to keep the backlog clear, prioritized, and aligned with project goals. Identify and remove impediments that hinder value delivery. Foster effective communication and collaboration between technical teams (SAP, WMS, middleware) and business stakeholders. Track agile metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability) and report to leadership and global stakeholders. Facilitate integration of distributed teams across multiple time zones. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in technology projects. Previous experience in projects involving SAP (preferably logistics modules such as MM, WM, EWM) or WMS . Experience working on integrations between enterprise systems. Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaling practices (SAFe, LeSS, or similar). Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps . Advanced English (written and spoken) for interaction with global teams and stakeholders. Strong facilitation, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Nice to Have Certifications: PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, KMP . Experience in FMCG, retail, or supply chain environments. Understanding of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
