As a Workforce and Recruitment Expert, you’ll be the strategic advisor who guides our clients through the full journey of building and managing high-performing offshore teams while shaping smart hiring strategies that align with global realities. What You’ll Do Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients post-signing. Lead onboarding and recruitment collaboration processes to ensure smooth engagements. Consult on job briefs and recruitment strategies based on local talent market trends. Guide clients through hiring decisions with up-to-date market intelligence and shortlisting insights. Educate clients on cultural norms, labor laws, and best practices for remote team management. Advise on workforce planning, team structure, performance expectations, and accountability. Handle escalations and coordinate internal support for timely resolutions. Support clients through salary reviews, retention strategies, restructures, and performance plans. Build and sustain long-term partnerships that foster trust, growth, and client success. You will be mainly working from home, responsible for attending regular in-person events and meetings in Bogotá and other cities. Position Prerequisite: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, workforce advisory, or client-facing HR roles. Solid understanding of the local labor market in Colombia and international remote work trends. Experience working with international clients, preferably in a multi-country context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels. Able to consult on job briefs, assess hiring risks, and support performance or retention challenges. Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Comfortable managing multiple clients, projects, and escalations simultaneously. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
