LOOKING FOR STELLAR TOP CANDIDATES Position : Office Manager Working Hours : 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EDT Salary : 2000 - 2500 USD (depending on exp and client’s final offer) Search : Latin America About the Role: The Remote Office Manager will serve as the administrative backbone of the company. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operational support, managing internal documentation, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring the back-office runs smoothly. You’ll be working closely with leadership, operations, logistics, sales, and finance—providing essential support as we grow. Role Responsibilities: Manage general administrative duties including scheduling, invoicing, data entry, and internal documentation Support leadership with day-to-day operations and special projects Act as the central liaison between internal teams (production, logistics, sales, finance) Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding documents, time tracking, and recordkeeping Organize and maintain digital filing systems and company records Oversee vendor communications and contract management Coordinate communications with third-party providers (accounting, legal, suppliers, etc.) Monitor deadlines, operational checklists, and compliance tasks Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, operations, or office management role Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Tech-savvy: Comfortable using cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, project management tools) Organized & Detail-Oriented: You live by checklists and take pride in your ability to stay on top of everything Problem-Solver: You proactively identify inefficiencies and work to resolve them Team Player: Able to collaborate across departments and handle multiple stakeholders Time Zone: Latin America preferred for occasional alignment with U.S. Eastern Time and potential travel opportunities NOTE: We prioritize the processing of one application at a time.
