Key Responsibilities : Led Invoice-to-Cash Latam North Region for Medtech, achieving high standards of results, controls, and compliance. Serve as a Trusted Business Partner to BU (Business Unit Leaders), BUF (Business Unit Finance leaders), and other business Stakeholders , focusing on Credit & Risk mitigation alongside Cash Flow generation. Harmonize and support other North Latam markets (i.e., Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panama). Serve as Cash Flow Office focal point for Medtech North Region. Partner with internal Sales-to-Cash stakeholders to anticipate P&L impacts and achieve high standards on AR forecast accuracy. Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders when appropriate. Ensure policies and procedures meet finance group objectives, focusing on Sales-to-Cash routines: Perform and support financial closings. Deliver and analyze reporting, KPIs, and operational follow-up. Understand Credit and Collections processes to prevent impacts due to special contracts. Identify operational risks that could impact the process. Support I2C area Budget controlling. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Lead monthly business reviews with Sr. Leaders. Support process standardization efforts within the cluster. Participate in process and documentation reviews. Facilitate execution timelines aligned with the GS roadmap. Support and partner with BU through active credit risk monitoring. Support talent strategy for the Northern Region Team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree - Finance, Business Administration or Accounting. Solid I2C operation experience across all processes. Strong communication and interconnection skills. Enterprise mindset and problem-solving capability. Good skills to build relationships and work with stakeholders in Latam North Region. Decision-making with agile mindset. Leadership and influencer skills. Detail and result-oriented. Effective written and oral communication skills. Teamwork and empathy. Time management and effective prioritization. Continuous improvement and innovation. Understanding of end-to-end financial process. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or Medical Devices is a plus. Languages: English fluent is preferred, and advanced as a requirement.
