Guide patients through the onboarding process: collecting medical history, consent forms, and payments. Ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date in our EMR system. Collaborate with internal teams and external practices to resolve any discrepancies. Help patients stay on track with their responsibilities and appointments. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture. What Were Looking For: English proficiency (C1 level) Youll be communicating with English-speaking patients. 13 years of experience in a similar administrative or scheduling role healthcare experience is a must. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
